Running

I wish to partake in the Great North Run half marathon next year.

Here’s my plan:

By the end of this month, 1 mile

I need to be able to run comfortably 2 miles by November, then three by Christmas.

January I should be able to run a few 4 miles that month, so that by the end of March I can run 6 miles.

This would be half of the total distance.

Once I can run half the run, I will then start by improving my time.

All in the plans.
