Borrowdale is situated in the Lake District in Cumbria, England.
It’s a tranquil, hilly hidden gem situated amongst endless views of trees, walkers and, if you’re lucky, a bright blue sky!
The time of year I visited this lovely place, was in October time. The air was extremely fresh, and it wasn’t unknown for it to rain.
I went canoeing on this lake and it was such a stunning scene for a sunset!
If you can, you just visit this beautiful part of our country. The Lake District homes many hotels, b&bs, hostels and places to camp. It is so refreshing to be out in the nature and countryside. Something we should all do once in our lives.
