A late afternoon neighbourhood walk was what I needed!

If you can, get out into nature everyday

Walking helps your mental wellbeing, and if you’ve got music pumping through your headphones, you can literally be in a world of your own

Also, if you walk along the same route everyday, you will begin to notice changes your neighbours make to their houses and gardens

You may even get to see and meet new people along the way

My goal for the rest of August is to walk everyday
Because before you know it…

Autumn will be here.
